Two hours of power's already been on your wireless.
McDonald's, Nareem Hotwater, Triple M Rocks Football.
Still an hour of the show to go as we lead up to Geelong versus the GWS.
We lead up to Geelong versus the Suns here at GMHBA Stadium where Chief and I, Noodle and Damo, are back in the studio.
If you've missed any of the show, you can catch up on the Triple M Football podcast system.
Damo.
by gee we went to marble last night chief and i were there nate was there for the wireless we expected a good game of footy there's always been tight games between these two and adelaide's first quarter and your mad jordan dawson was simply unstoppable they were weren't they howie nine goals in that particular quarter jordan dawson kicked three goals himself he is putting together some sort of season giving he is enduring the the grief of the passing of his brother and that has been one of the
The major storylines of the year and how he is wading through all the emotions of being the brother and the son and the wife and the husband of and the uncle as he's dealing with all that private issue and publicly getting out each weekend and playing brilliant football.
He was vice-captain of the All-Australian team officially last year.
I'd be staggered if he's not got the C beside his name at the end of this year because his form has actually gone to another level on the back of coming off an All-Australian year last year.
But
Even the great Marcus Bontempelli, Howie, when you get the greats of the game talking about other players, I always listen.
And this is post-match after the horrific loss by the Western Bulldogs.
But just the way Marcus Bontempelli summarised what Jordan Dawson did to the Bulldogs in that first quarter last night is pretty powerful.
We had plans, you know, some players just break them, you know, and ultimately that's on us as a midfield group, myself and the other boys about, you know, he's just a super player, you know, super overhead, super in the forward line.
He challenges you in so many different ways.
And unfortunately, we learned that lesson tonight, which is, as I said, it's one you've got to learn, unfortunately, and a process for next time.
But he's a superstar.
Obviously, what he's been going through and, you know, credit to the man.
He's a very good person and obviously a player.
