The previous week or previous match had a big win against the Gold Coast Suns.

But at one stage of that game, they were 43 points down.

And I know they retrieved that deficit and won the game.

And it's one of the better wins under Alistair Clarkson's coaching.

But...

You go back to the week prior to that, they also allowed the Adelaide Crows to kick 13 consecutive goals against them, 10 of those specifically in the second quarter.

So their form is really not that good.

And I'm staggered to think that this game is a home game in inverted commas, but it is at Optus Stadium, the home ground of the West Coast Eagles.

And I reckon they've had a really good month, the Eagles.

They have.

Winning a lot.

I think they've been really competitive.

And I'm surprised that they are not the favourites.
