The U.S.

This morning, the Trump administration said the Coast Guard carried out back-to-back seizures of so-called Dark Fleet vessels.

One, a Russia flagship formerly known as Bella One, seized in the North Atlantic.

The other, the Sofia, taken in Caribbean waters.
