The U.S.

military says it has seized a Venezuela-linked ship, formerly known as Bella 1, after a pursuit from the Caribbean into the North Atlantic.

Southern Command says it interdicted another stateless, sanctioned Dark Fleet vessel, the Sophia, in Caribbean waters overnight.

On all this, oil is swinging.

Right now, West Texas Intermediate is lower by three-quarters of one percent.

Brent crude is down three-tenths percent.

All this comes after President Trump announced that the U.S.

is going to receive up to 50 million barrels of sanctioned Venezuelan crude to be sold at market prices to benefit both countries.

needs to control oil sales to change Venezuela and to reassure U.S.

oil companies concerns.
