Vance is headed for high stakes talks to end the war with Iran with a warning.

The S&P 500 is up about a quarter of 1%.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down a quarter of 1%.

The Nasdaq Composite's higher by 0.8%.

The 10-year Treasury yield is up about two basis points, close to 4.30%.

And crude oil prices are notching up a bit.

Brent crude's up about 0.3% at about $96 a barrel.

West Texas Intermediate's higher by nearly 1% at close to $99.
