This morning after meeting with President Trump at the White House, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte says the alliance is moving on from what he calls an unhealthy codependence on the U.S.

asks on Iran, though he says they were, in his words, a bit slow in responding to President Trump's demands.

With the Strait of Hormuz still at a near standstill, crude is back on the rise, led by West Texas Intermediate.

It's back above $101 a barrel, up 7.5%.

Brent crude, the international benchmark, is just shy of $99.

And stocks right now are mixed.

The S&P 500 is little changed.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down a tenth of 1%.

The Nasdaq Composite is swinging between gains and losses.

And the 10-year Treasury yield is close to 4.3%.
