The justices have ruled in favor of a Christian counselor who says she has a constitutional right to engage in talk therapy to try to change a child's sexual orientation or gender identity.
In an 8-1 ruling, the high court says Colorado's ban on what critics call conversion therapy infringes on free speech rights by discriminating on the basis of viewpoint.
