And so, you know, we had a lot of success as an offense last year, but defenses are smart.
They've been studying us all offseason, and we have to find ways to evolve.
So I know for me personally, it's โ
evolving includes trying to take care of the ball a little bit better, throwing some less interceptions and being able to take care of the ball, not putting our defense in bad positions and ultimately coming away with more points.
We've got to find ways to be able to end games with the ball in our hands and in the victory formation.
especially down the stretch.
Obviously, at the end of the day, having the West come through BC would be a huge advantage.
We're excited for the opportunity to get started on that.
Yeah, I mean, we talked about it.
Buck talked about it when he first came in the quarterback room.
He said that we want to be aggressive and not sloppy.
And so I think, you know, obviously there's going to be, you know, with how many games we play and how defensively in this league are, you know, there's going to be times where it's a tip ball and, you know, it's going to land in their lap and things are going to happen.
And so I don't think that that number can be zero, but we can certainly eliminate the sloppy mistakes where you're forcing a ball, putting it into a situation that,
I had no business being there.
I think just another year in the offense, being more comfortable with it, just taking what the defense gives me.
Those are the type of reads that I like to be able to be making and decisions that I can be able to be making.
Ultimately, I think that's what's best for the team.
Yeah, absolutely.
I think for us, you kind of get more comfortable as the season goes on and you get more reps and you get to go up against different teams and you get to see different game plans and how they handle certain things.
Um, you know, I think that there was also some, some time that they, the coaching staff needed to learn us as personnel and what our strengths and weaknesses are.
