Und dann an den Wochenenden würde sie ihren Film wegwerfen. Und das war ein fünfjähriges Prozess. Und endlich hat sie einen Film gemacht. Und das war die Vision, die ich hatte.

Und ich denke, so oft sind die Antworten, die wir kulturell und institutionell gegeben haben, basierend auf Verbrechen und verbrechenden Antworten. So what does it look like when we really ask, what do we need? And it's really up to each individual survivor to say what they need.

Vielleicht will sie nur einer Person erzählen. Aber wir sind nicht zuständig, jemanden zu kennen. Ich hoffe, dass die Leute bereit sind, sich mit all diesen Fragen zu engagieren.
