So he went into the army office and they shipped him overseas for seven years.
He lived till 91.
He did three miles every day.
He ate really well.
He didn't smoke cigarettes, didn't drink coffee.
He had a good three or four gin and tonics every night, but that was his thing.
But he was the healthiest dude that I know.
And that rubbed off on me and my siblings and
You know, here I'm turning 60 in a couple of days, and I certainly don't feel it.
It's exercising every day.
And again, it's not counting calories, not doing all that stuff.
I mean, you know, the protein company that I have flipped my life has certainly helped.
But it's just, it's simple.
Discipline.
Just get up and do it.
Discipline.
So fast.
My oldest son now, he's in college.
My oldest daughter, she's in college.
They're both playing sports in college, which is fantastic.
