Could Ted Cruz actually be the Zodiac Killer?

So on March 14th, 2013, multiple users tweeted, hashtag CPAC alert.

Ted Cruz is speaking.

His speech is titled, This is the Zodiac Speaking.

Ted Cruz himself referenced the meme by tweeting out an infamous picture of a coded letter written by the Zodiac Killer.

He did something similar on October 31st, 2018, when he tweeted another Zodiac cipher and included the caption, Happy Halloween.

For most, this just proved that Cruise was in on the joke, but it may have added some legitimacy for others.

Some people also feel that there is somewhat of a resemblance between Cruise and the police sketches of the Zodiac Killer.
