Last year, there was a trend and it was clear.
It was all
downward in terms of monthly growth, and that was a trend that has been going on for three years.
This year, we're actually starting to see some green shoots of dynamism.
The stagnant, low-hire, low-fire market is starting to break and thaw a little bit.
The issue is that there's no clear trend yet.
