So for those people, we want them to use a product for free and we'll give them...
the basic version plus more for free.
And as their business grows and they need more complex solutions or more input or feedback or advice on how to grow further and improve their sales more, we can offer extra features or services within the software that helps them grow their business even further.
And for those extra features, they would have to pay.
That's what we're trying to do.
The reason we want to end up doing that, it's not battling between, hey, what's going to make you more money or any of that.
We just say we want to help a lot of people out there and we want to help everyone from small businesses all the way to the Fortune 100.
And we think anyone can use this product because if you can use something that helps you grow your traffic and all you have to do is click buttons and your traffic goes up, that's great.
Anyone who doesn't have a website.
So if you don't have a website, this is not great for you.
But if you have a website and you're just trying to grow your traffic, it'll actually work for you.
It won't work for people who are just on the social web and just be like, oh, I want to make my Instagram profile more popular, right?
Or I just want to focus only on my Facebook profile and nothing else.
It's not meant for you.
It's meant for people who have a website and they're trying to do business online.
Yeah, so we're still in early building phases, right?
It's more so as we were building Quicksprout and then Kissmetrics blog and then the Crazy Egg site and then Hello Bar, as well as consulting for hundreds of other companies.
We figured out what works and what doesn't and what you have to spend time on.
And what Heathen was doing while I was doing a lot of the consulting and he was also participating in the consulting, but what Heathen was doing was figuring out, all right, what of this can we automate, right?
Instead of just adding more headcount, how can we automate this kind of stuff?
