So you go to any grocery store, you go to Costco, you go to Sam's Club, you go to any of these places.

That is rotisserie chicken.
It is the go-to Hail Mary of anybody with kids or having to make a meal if you work.
And it's always great.
Now, is it high in sodium?
Yeah, they're high in sodium.
But are they delicious?
Yeah.
The good thing is that you can break them down
quite easily and use them for different things, whether you do chicken enchiladas or you want to make tacos with the meat or sandwiches or you want to put it in a rice pilaf, whatever it is, it's pretty versatile.
And when you break it down and get the meat from the bones, you actually have quite a lot to deal with that you could put into a salad, whatever it is, and it freezes well.
So
