Also we increased the steak size. We went from six ounces up to eight ounces. Wow. Yeah, this is a heavy beast. It is. It's awesome. That's the way they are in Philly, and that's what we want to do here in California. Smells perfect. Doesn't it? Just those onions, everything comes together in that glorified. And it's another thing that I love going into a Philly's Best is watching them make it right there.
