Matt, as you know, there have been a lot of reports about firefighters running out of water in Pacific Palisades or dealing with hoses that had very little water pressure. I know authorities have been pressed on this. There's so much still to learn about this. But what have you heard from the firefighters themselves about what they faced in those early days?

Yeah, they said they shut off the utilities because they were fearful the power lines would actually contribute to more fires.
