And he's not the first man to ever do that.
I can remember when I was at Arsenal, we had great international players.
George Graham came in and binned all the players who thought they were safe.
And it was quite startling and everyone said it wouldn't work and I believe it was the start of the modern Arsenal when he actually did that.
And to do it in the modern game is, you know...
a tougher thing to do, but he's earned the respect.
And I think every player in there, even the ones you mention, will be hoping that they're safe.
And I think that's a great way for a manager to come in.
He'll be asked to take it out of his feet, he'll be asked to drop his shoulder, he'll be asked to play it out to the right back, to the left back, he'll be asked to see if things are... He'll almost be like a sweeper.
He'll be asked to do that.
No, and funny, if I was thinking of Joe Hart, what I was going to say, the amount of pressure that's on a goalkeeper now, I think to come out of the Spanish league or the German league where...
We've seen Neuer almost clown around with the ball at times and knocking it about.
You know, it won't be that easy in this league, as we know.
The teams don't respect you enough to let you just have your own way and the comfort of the ball back in your own half to develop things.
The pressure, the pace that this league has played under, and I think the colossal, I suppose, strain on your panel, on your squad of players through injuries, etc., as all these games come on thick and fast, I think it's going to create problems from they never had before.
We'll debate it again next week and the week after and the week after.
What a comeback for Manchester City.
Joe Hart is waiting to speak to us.
Congratulations, Joe.
Put that into your own words, if you can.
