This was an undercover PSNI MI5 surveillance operation, which targeted meetings of senior new IRA figures, including it involved the bugging of a kind of a bar that they used to attend during COVID times.

So there's a number of them.
In actual fact, 10 in total have people have been charged so far over Operation Arbatia.
And Duffy herself has spent three years on remand until she was granted High Court bail in October of 2023.
under what's called stringent conditions and she had to give us cash surety of 27,000.
But she has applied now to Belfast Crown Court through a legal team to vary those bail conditions for the removal of the G4S electronic tag fitted to her ankle.
And it just struck me, OK,
We still don't have those in Houston here, nor have we moved at all towards the legislation that would bring them in.
There's been a bit of talk about it, and that's about as far as it goes.
