Yeah, Brandon has a couple of serious charges, obviously, that he's been convicted of.
One of them is for a major drug seizure, but the second one would be for his role in the aftermath of the Brown Steakhouse shooting in which his father was killed.
He was done for a violent disorder charge.
Which is something that they do in prison, which is to teach you how to react, not violently, I suppose.
Yes.
And he also said he misses his family and he... Difficulty with visits, didn't he?
So he's the only one that's given this consecutive sentence that his sentence for this crime, the attack on Mr. Moore, will only begin when he finishes his other sentence.
Yeah.
So his sentence for this crime will begin in February 2028.
He'll start a six-year sentence.
So that would probably see him in prison to something like, you know, for a four-year term, basically.
Yeah, they describe it as sort of the totality really, is how it's described.
Yeah, and he also... It's said he has expressed remorse and I think the judges...
Take that into account because they certainly make a distinction between the weight to give to the remorse and the guilty plea.
Yes, because we know Jason Hennessy was shot dead in Brown's Steakhouse on Christmas Eve in 2023.
A gunman called Tristan Gerry walked into the restaurant, came to the party where the Hennesseys, a group of up to 30 people, including Jason Hennessy Senior, including members of
what could be regarded as the Hennessy gang, but also family, friends and kids.
And when Tristan Sherry spotted Jason Hennessy Senior, he was actually holding a child at that point.
He threw the child away, Jason Hennessy Senior, jumped at the gunman and the gunman, while he was being tackled to the ground, basically shot him dead.
So we haven't heard the details.
