I think it's the responsibility of the veterinarian.
Now, there can be errors or mistakes or dangers with non-medicinal ingredients within the prescription that I don't know about.
The pharmacist doesn't realize, for example, a lot of flavored medications have xylitol in it as an artificial sweetener.
Xylitol is toxic to animals.
So on my prescriptions, when I write a prescription to a local drugstore, it says on all of them, no xylitol.
And then they have to check, right?
Now, there is a risk that
veterinarian's revenue is going to drop and we are businesses that need to be profitable for all the various reasons.
And so maybe some of our other prices are going to go up, but I think you got to allow the owner to recognize that there are options.
And I'd much rather an owner save money on a prescription and tomato is now healthy and not having to be euthanized due to the cost of drugs than
than me somehow going, hey, this is my business.
I am not going to share with anybody.
There is a debate in the veterinarian industry, but I don't agree with it.
So I am here to... Speak out against your peers.
They're not my peers.
Not anymore.
No, no.
I love you guys.
I love veterinarians.
But I think most veterinarians are like, look, we're going to manage.
