So vision, focus, alignment, systems, and then eliminating, identifying and eliminating on purpose activity has been game changing to the way we operate BPN the last couple of years.

I thought this was a great question.
I think it's safe to say many of us struggle with a technology phone addiction.
And I hate to admit it,
I think back to growing up in the 90s.
I was born in 1990.
It's like late 90s, early 2000s before the iPhone was a thing.
I mean, I remember when text messaging first became a thing and that was a distraction to us.
Now we're carrying around small computers in our hands on a daily basis.
I remember in high school, our house growing up was like the house to be at.
My friends would sleep over in our basement almost every night, every summer.
There'd be like six of us.
I would sleep over in the basement.
We'd have Halo parties.
So we would link up all these different Xboxes and play Halo.
We'd play capture the flag outside.
