It's not a sprint, which I wholeheartedly believe in. I'm all about playing the long game. and in being patient. But there's a difference between being patient and being complacent and procrastinating.

So you look at Kipchoge running the marathon, the best of the best. Go try to run one mile at Kipchoge's marathon pace. It's like a 4.30, 4.33. Yeah, you won't make it. You won't make it a mile.

So I had to be at work by 6 a.m. So I'm waking up at 4.30 a.m. every morning, and I'm getting to work at 6 for a quick meeting. And then by 6.30, we're stretching out for morning PT, and we do that for an hour.
