It really lifts them and it sort of just shows that Auckland kind of has embraced the club.

Just the mix of really passionate, hardcore fans in the port through to whole families or families and neighbours and friends and just generations of people being at our games.
It's incredibly special.
It shows that when you actually go out there and meet people, go to football clubs, go to schools, sort of actually put your boots on the ground and be part of a city, that people repay you and they come to your games and they celebrate it.
I hope so because there's not any prize money available.

Prior to last season, we were trying to sell in terms of sponsorship and things like that.
It was more of an idea or a dream rather than anything that was real.
And then we had, you know, obviously the breakout first season and conversations became easier and easier.
And I think this is just, you know, that completely helps it.
