I don't want to get into all the employment.

senior staff could be a handful but after the Public Service Commission's investigation into the integrity I will then undertake a further review of employment from an employment perspective if that's appropriate given what the Public Service Commission finds.

I'm extremely disappointed, as I'm sure all New Zealanders are.

New Zealanders should expect us to be able to deliver these sorts of projects, and we've fallen short of those expectations.

The review has found serious failings.

There's also serious concerns about integrity, all of which are very concerning.

And I welcome the Public Service Commissioner now doing an investigation into some of those findings further.

We'll fully cooperate with that.
