And one thing to bear in mind for all of our fans is that there's another wave of talent coming.
So there's some very good young players already.
There's another wave of talent in the minor leagues set to come up.
and the Sox have won one this year, the first pick in the first round.
And so this is going to be added to an organization that already has a lot of young talent.
I think you're pretty much on the mark.
Don't forget that although Wrigley Field has been known as a Homer Haven because of 368 to the power alleys, there are many days where the wind that blows in really affects the baseball.
On the other side of the coin, if, and I say if because a lot of people think when, if it ever gets warm here in Chicago, it's going to be a launching pad out at the ballpark.
And when that happens, for the first time in a long time,
this team has some power to take advantage of that.
You know, in years past, the big problem with the White Sox, or one of the big problems, was that they play in a home-run ballpark, and they didn't have a whole lot of power, so they were outpowered by teams who came in, which made 81 games a year a disadvantage, not an advantage.

and it will be an advantage for 81 games.
