Biggest thing that I would tell myself at 20 is learn how to hang in a lot of different kinds of spaces.

Learn how to talk to lots of different kinds of people from different kinds of backgrounds who are good at different things.

Learn how to put people at ease and

hear people's stories.

I think it's a really, really undervalued skill to be able to walk into a place and absorb instead of project.

And so yeah, learn to hang in lots of different kinds of spaces.
