In one word or a very short sentence I'll allow, how would you describe the New Zealand property market right now?
I think that's good.
Unless you didn't use something like green shoots, which is way overwarmed.
Keep it simple on the way up.
I think that's fair.
Okay.
And then from a real property perspective, maybe if you're looking for a property, what is the one non-negotiable feature you look for in a property?
What can you not ignore if you're buying a property?
You're definitely showing the country Victorian in you if you want that space out of the backyard, right?
I think that's also very Kiwi, of course.
The shower bath.
I mean, I agree for what it's worth.
I think the worst thing about them is they often come with those stupid curtains.
They're even worse.
I'll have to talk to the team about, like, do we have a flag in there that shows it's a shower bathroom?
I reckon it's probably a common thing in New Zealand.
It's probably something to do with the families, and it's one bathroom, and, you know, as you're growing up with a young family in the, I don't know, 60s, 70s, when all our houses were built, maybe it was just practicality, right?
But, look, I'd never even go there, but it's a great point.
Okay, and then one more, a more personal one.
Trigger me with your thinking about those waterfalls.
