Well, given we are here to celebrate International Women's Day for 2026, I'm keen to hear kind of what does that mean to you?

This year, I know there's a couple of sort of themes that are being run around the world.

The first one is Give to Gain, which really highlights the power of

collaboration and generosity reciprocity to accelerate that gender equity and the other one that's being used or tagged into quite a bit is the balance the scales version which focuses on justice and that systematic change which i think we've seen you know occurring over the last few years do either of those themes spark any particular feelings for you or are you guys running a more general expectation around just supporting women in leadership

I guess, easy to embrace when you've got these incredibly powerful and, you know, impressive women already in the business, right?

Like it's just an extra opportunity to just up that pedestal a little bit more.

And, you know, I know that you've got Paulette Schrotter, who keeps winning the New Zealand Awards for the Mortgage Advisor of the Year.

And so, again, when you've got these people that are already stepping forward, just that little bit easier to push them forward, right?

So I think you guys are in a great position to make the most of a day like this.
