Okay, so this is a recipe by Chetna McCann.
And then it's just Jersey Royals boiled until they're cooked, drain them well, and then you mix them with olive oil, butter, fresh coriander leaves, and some finely chopped chili, and toss it all in together, then into a roasting tin, into a hot oven, and you roast them for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Mm-hmm.
And there you have it.
So you've got roasted little coriander.
There's a lot of coriander here for someone who doesn't like coriander.
