I'm excited to look it up because I'm not familiar.
On my Mitchell Defense, I have a KGM R556.
It's a good can.
It can get a little gassy if you push way too much through it on occasion, but not bad.
My favorite 5.56 can is the Sabre from Atlas Defense.
The tone is unmatched.
I have done mag dumps through machine guns, and it is discolored, but still holding up just fine.
So I like that one.

But I will say, quiet and tone are two different things.
And a good tone that is not as quiet is really quite enjoyable.
And a really quiet with a bad tone is really unenjoyable.
