Oh, right.

yeah so i need some some sites because as we all know tritium decays over time um it does have a shelf life so like your your night vision or night night vision or your uh your tritium sites from any any manufacturer uh will someday need to be replaced it takes you know a decade or more yeah um

So I got this pistol last week.

This is a Sig 229 Elite.

And it has night sights on it.

And when I met the guy...

to get it from him i was like hey how how bright are the sights and he's like oh they're super bright they're fine um and i was like i don't think i believe you right because they're the factory sites and this uh the the manufacturer date on the box is 2012 i think oh man so uh i came home and i like went in the bathroom and closed the door with the light off and was like i can kind of like faintly see them anyway um

Yeah, I need some night sights because these ones are almost dead.

But yeah, I am a big fan of the 22X guns, the 6 and the 220 and the 229.

Yeah.

I really enjoy them.

I had a 226 once upon a time.

and switched to Glock and have kind of regretted it ever since.

Um, I think Glock makes a great gun, but they're like, you know, I don't know.

I just don't really enjoy shooting them that much.

And even though it's what I've shot almost exclusively for quite a while now, um, like the grip angle and stuff still doesn't, it's, it still just doesn't point naturally for me.

And, uh,

Anyway, for a while, I've wanted to pick up a hammer-fired 9mm.

Anyway, so I got a good deal on this one, this older one.

I was pretty excited to find an older one.
