And I'm always dubious when I see just a shitload of Facebook and Instagram ads for any product.

So, yeah, I, uh, the, the blue alpha belt that I wear the most I've had for about 10 years now.

And it's been great and I absolutely think it's worth it.

And I agree that it is what I would recommend.

Um, before I had the blue alpha, I actually, this is probably the only product from this company that I am cool with.

Uh, the uncle Mike's instructor belt, actually not bad.

Um, I think you can get those for like 30, 35 bucks.

If you're cash strapped and the whatever, 70, 80 bucks for blue alpha is more than, more than you want to spend.
