That's pathetic that an AFL club captain after a game tries to approach an umpire to fresh out what in his mind is clearly something that's been misheard.

Well, it's pathetic then.

And it's a sad indictment that this is where the game has got to, that an umpire can feel disrespected.

because he appears hypersensitive to something.

And that is enough.

Feeling disrespected is enough to swing a game, to damage a player's reputation and have something referred to the tribunal.
