People may not realize this, but did you know that Kentucky has a top 10 defensive lineman in all of college football?

Davian Gadsen.

He actually led the SEC in pressures a year ago for interior defensive linemen.

And I know that you probably don't realize this because, you know, the defense wasn't great last year.

An interior defensive line is a position that doesn't get a lot of shine.

But yesterday on three ranked the top 100 players in college football.

He's the seventh defensive lineman in America.

Second best in the SEC.

I think it was like 80th overall.

He's going to be a preseason, probably first-team All-SEC pick.

And I just don't think that many are aware of that because, you know, we had our eyes on other things.

Tavian Gadsen was a great retention win for Kentucky, along with Mike Weiss, Humphrey Grace.

Those guys would have commanded top dollar on the open market

That's something that, you know, Will Stein, he's talked about often.

Hey, Kentucky was close.

We just had to score some freaking points.

And he even admitted in one interview, he's like, if they scored more points, I wouldn't be here.

So it was my job to keep the best players around, get some more talented athletes to go score some points.

So something that just... Make sure that's on your radar when you're going into the season.
