I don't care about the finals losses.

I care about the finals wins.

And Jordan won six championships in a shorter career, and that's just positive for them.

So be it.

But the pretending one guy's career is only the year's

They won championships.

And I would really like to know from those folks that pretend they believe this, would you actually be more impressed by LeBron's career if instead of going to eight straight finals and being to 10 of them, if he only made the finals in 12, 13, 16, and 20?

instead of the six additional times he made the finals.

But I think it's a disingenuous argument from the beginning.

So LeBron was asked about Jordan, and he said, but I know for sure that I've done my part in this journey, and more than anything, I don't know, but I hope I made him proud at least wearing that number 23.

LeBron called the GOAT combo tiring, and why do you think anybody still keeps up with the argument?

Well, listen, it's one of the most, you know, people, it's one of the sports debates people are most passionate about.

But the thing that was most interesting about that quote was him adding in, I don't know.

Because to me, and I haven't talked to Dave and I haven't talked to LeBron or anybody around him about this quote, but

I don't think it was accidental that when he's saying, I hope I made Michael Jordan proud, he added in there that he doesn't know if he has, which is, I read it as his way of letting the audience know they don't have a relationship, which has been one of the weirder things

kind of true subtexts of LeBron's whole career, which is, and this is me talking here, obviously not Bron, but Jordan's never embraced him.

They're both, you know, they're the two most important Nike athletes ever.

Both of them in their lives, Jordan by a lot and LeBron by, I think a significant amount,

Nike has paid them more than any other employer.
