So she has been before the district court and is now facing trial in the circuit court on the charges after the DPP directed summary disposal in the district court on a guilty plea only.

In other words, if she pleaded guilty from the district court, it could remain at that level.

If she was pleading not guilty, the trial had to be heard at a higher court.

Now, there's a health care worker who's hit the headlines at Dublin Air called Sonia Hodson.
