Because what you see is if you see large waves of new apartment completions coming to market, it means that there's more stock entering the market and perhaps even more stock at lower price points.
And that can weigh down the overall median price, almost reset new, often smaller units which sell first.

That can weaken that overall median price.

What we found was that the menopause is associated with decreased brain gray matter volumes and these important areas for learning and memory, such as the entorhinal cortex and hippocampus. And those are two of the first areas to be affected by the changes that we see in Alzheimer's disease. So it does seem that the menopause might make the female brain more vulnerable. So this may be part of the explanation for that.

Social media companies themselves have said that the evidence you're putting forward falls short of proving that they are responsible for alleged harms. So that is how they will argue against this. How difficult is it, do you think, to be able to explicitly show that it was social media activity that led to the harms that you're describing here?
