They don't like Pauly's theory because he can't produce enough evidence for it, but I'm going to tell you it anyway.

He says that he finds compelling evidence that the CIA and British intelligence may have conspired to administer LSD and ECT therapy as part of the covert CIA mind control and chemical interrogation research program known as MKUltra.

Essie passed away in 1965 and Paul died a decade later.

He was 77.

You know, I, when I talk about Paul and Essie, it's a little bit painful to tell a story like that as a Black person to another Black person and think about the amount of research that I had to do to know it.

And that it isn't already known.

And I have this feeling, you know, there's this belief that if you do enough, if we do enough, then maybe we can change everything.

Maybe we can turn it around or.

you know, be the change we want to see.

And then I read everything that they did.

They did every single thing it feels like a person could think to do to make not only Black life, but all life better.

And we forgot.
