And when he was 21, he came to California and decided that he wanted to like travel the world and do like the whole thing. thing in a sailboat and he yeah so he would find like people that had sailboats that were like going somewhere so like hey can i go and i'll wash your boat and work on your boat and then i'll just like jump off whenever you let me

So he did like Mexico and did like a lot of places and would change boats to like do the whole thing. And then he got to Mallorca, which is one of the islands in the Balearic Islands in Spain. And my mom was working there. She was a barista in a little bar in Mallorca.
