live there for for the week not the week but for the day yeah but I've it's interesting because I've dealt with it since I was younger and I I started therapy when I was 16 no 18 so I kind of like I'm very used to it now and I can like deal with it much better so yeah it's something that I really love

When you have anxiety and you're trying to, like, make it go away, it just makes it worse because then you're trying to, like, you're judging yourself for having anxiety and you're like, oh, no, how I need to do stuff and I'm not being productive enough and you just get in your head.

um for me it would be like watch i don't know um harry potter or gilmore girls or gossip girl for the sixth time or friends um and then i'll just and tomorrow will be another day i think that's for me the best like if i do have to do stuff and i can't really like do another thing just like breathing and maybe take a pill yeah smoga yeah that's how i do i do smoke a lot of cbd
