It's a biblical relationship between Jews and Iranians.
And that history was there long earlier than any Islam came to Iran.
If you were to visit Iran, a free Iran, a liberated Iran, you would find so much history that is not Muslim.
Will you find some history that is Muslim?
Yeah.
Some of the best poets of Iran were Muslim.
Rumi, Hafez, and I could just keep going.
But were there poets that were fantastic that were not Muslim?
Yeah.
Iran is more than the last 1,000 years.
It's an ancient civilization.
And the Jewish story is a part of Iran's history.
And what I try to do, because I come from a very tiny community, there's only about three, 400,000 Iranian Jews in the world.
Many of them moved to the United States to a place called Great Neck, New York and LA, West LA, Beverly Hills.
Okay.
So, so they're in these two pockets or Israel.
And, and,
A lot of them left.
Now there's only maybe 10,000, 30, 40, 50,000 maybe in Iran.
I've been to a synagogue in Iran, a beautiful synagogue.
