It's really important that successful people
show that we all have these limiting beliefs.
I mean, I wrote the book for me.
You know how many limiting beliefs I have?

So many limiting beliefs.
But our default state is always to go into what we know, what's comfortable.
That's where we are safe.
Because changing is hard.
It means that we have to do something differently, that we're not perfect.
But that's how we grow.
That's how we get better.
I think it's self-examination.
I think it's the secret to a profitable life is a life lived with minimal regret.
