So let's talk about that book.

So the book is titled Impact, How to Inspire, Align and Amplify Innovative Teams.

What was your goal in writing this book?

And what were you hoping to accomplish?

I love that goal and I love being next to those big name books.

I'm really excited to dive into the content of the book itself.

Let's do that.

In chapter one, you mentioned purpose, inspiring action, which immediately stood out to me.

How does aligning to purpose drive urgency?

Without resulting in burnout or being an quote unquote antiquated mandate, like you mentioned in further along in chapter two.

That makes a ton of sense to me.

And some of my favorites you mentioned there was Simon Sinek and Daniel Pink with their books and their concepts, I think, drive a lot of this home.

Moving forward, you state culture is what you do, not what you say.
