They plan to issue a preliminary report in around about 30 days, but they have said it will take some time because there's so much information that they have to verify.

Investigators are obviously starting to look into exactly why the Black Hawk and the passenger flight collided. I'm not able to get too close to the scene, but I can make out just across the way on the Potomac River what is happening. You can see the red flashes of the emergency crew that are there. The plane is essentially in three parts sitting in waist-high frigid water.
