casualties of the U.S.-Israeli operation against Iran.

A U.S.

official says three U.S.

soldiers who are based in Kuwait have been killed in action.

Five other U.S.

service members were seriously wounded.

And Central Israel authorities say at least nine people have been killed and others wounded in an Iranian missile attack.
