An Ohio man is charged with threatening to kill Vice President J.D.

Vance when Vance was visiting his home state last month.

Prosecutors say the suspect posted online that he would find out where Vance would be and use his M-14 automatic gun to kill him.

The 33-year-old man is also charged with possessing files

depicting child sexual abuse that were found during the investigation.

His attorney told the Associated Press the man has physical challenges and mental disabilities.

Vance is now in Italy for the Winter Olympics.
