it's an awareness thing, though, just it's annoying.
Because like, when you start doing this, you have to, this is why I told you, like, sometimes before your podcast, I want you to build the habit of just maybe before the store, when you wake up in the morning, when you open your eyes, put your hand here, put your hand here and start breathing into the diaphragm, trigger yourself to do that throughout your day, because you're gonna find, you're gonna find that maybe while you're in computer typing, you have a habit of like, when you get focused, you're Yep.
Oh, shit.
Okay.
All right, now, right, you'll have to trigger yourself.
Maybe you can even keep notes in certain areas that you know you frequent or work.
So you can look at it and be like, are you breathing right?
Or are you breathing into your diaphragm?
And you can bring awareness there.
The whole point of continuous awareness is to shift yourself because we were all doing this as babies and kids.
All the kids breathe, when they come out, you'll just see this beautiful, deep diaphragmatic breath.
But over time, because like we're, they're sitting on devices like this, right?
Everything is here.
You slowly build the habit to start.
Yeah.
I mean, shit, not that it's great, but when I was a kid and you know, kids called kids mouth breathers.
And that was like a fucking mouth breather.
Sorry, mom.
I won't curse.
My mom's probably listening.
