So I accepted the challenge and we swam 1,650 meters at five point whatever in Donegal.
Fascinated by the fact that we ended up like in these little turkey bags.
And we were like, it was just an amazing experience.
So then we were invited to Siberia, out to a place called Tumen.
And then from there, then I ended up going to, we went to Tumen, Siberia in December, actually before the Ice Mile.
And I had never swam at zero degrees.
I mean, there's no water that's cold.
So I sat in the bucket of ice and I thought, well, this is nothing.
And then we ended up in Siberia and it was minus 33 degrees.
And it was so funny because the Connacht rugby team were actually not too far from where we were and they were sitting in a bunker.
And I remember looking at them and they were all bundled up.
And I was with my dogs going, I'm about to go for a swim.
