I'm going to do some over and unders with a K. Now, the key here is if you are running your session based on your timings,
What I'm going to try and do is I'm going to just warm up.
and then hit go.
And I'm going to blast a fast K to the point where it's sort of uncomfortable, but I'm not going to look at what the pace is, to your point.
I'm just going to get into a super fast rhythm in the new shoe, not really knowing how I'm traveling.
And then when I'm a good minute into the K, I'll have a cheeky glance.
And can you imagine if you looked down and it was like, three turns!
You'd be so happy, wouldn't you?
Four minutes, as hard as you can go.
That's the sesh, mate.
That's the sesh.
That's what I'm going to do.
Just the four sets.
But literally like, and it's four minutes of running.
You're not looking at distance.
Nope, doesn't matter.
Four minutes of running and it's like about as hard as you can go.
