The Metropolitan Police says it can't comment because of the ongoing legal case.
Panorama attempted to reach Omar al Bayumi through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Islamic Affairs.
Neither he nor the Saudi government responded to our request for comment.
He has previously denied knowing that Hasmi and Mihdar would go on to be hijackers, said the plane diagram was just an equation, and denied any involvement in the nine hundred eleven attacks.
