But it's true, you know, we were working together and then I remember we met up in the Guinea Grille, I think it was the first time we hung out.
And when you came in, I spilt my pint everywhere.
And I was so kind of like, oh, what have I done?
And I was like, Gary, why have you done a wee on the table?
That was my kind of opening gambit to relax things.
It was a lovely, cracking lunch.
Yeah, but that was one of my first memories.
And certainly, you know, from then on, it's been about food and flavour.
It's been about having fun as well, hasn't it?
It's been brilliant as well for bringing people into wine.
I'm all for, you know, getting people who maybe aren't into wine, you know, anybody who's kind of half interested, maybe already likes it.
It's just another way of saying, you know, here's a badge of credibility.
